Refund and Return Policy
Cancellations/ Refund on Orders:
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase. If you have made a mistake please, send PDS an email with your order number @ practicallydivinesage@gmail.com to be assisted.
Returns on Products:
PDS does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products.
Reshipping Packages:
If a package happens to be sent back, PDS will message you to verify the mailing address and make a second attempt. If package returns a third time, the client will be asked to cover the cost of shipping. If client refuses to cover the cost of shipping then the client will forfeit the package as returned packages and not receive a refund of expense.
Lost/ Delayed Packages:
PDS is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once the package is shipped it is out of company control and the hands of USPS. If there is a loss or delay, PDS recommends contacting clients local USPS and/ or customs agencies.
International Product Orders:
Unfortunately PDS does not sell products internationally at this time. If this changes there will be an announcement. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Cancellations/ Refund Concerning Services:
Readings - Clients must contact PDS 24 hours before their scheduled appointment for any cancellation, and/or to request a change in appointment. Failure to contact PDS as stated will result in Client forfeiting funds spent.
All service sales are considered final, without 24 hour notice there are NO Refunds.
Local Shipping Policy:
PracticallyDivineSage LLC takes pride in providing stress free shipping experience for our locals. Our local shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products to addresses in a 25 mile radius of the Monroe (NC) area.
Shipping Zone:
Our local shipping applies to addresses within a 25 mile radius of the Monroe (NC) area.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders placed for local delivery are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on the proximity of the delivery address and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, or holidays.
Local Shipping Fee:
PDS shipping rate is calculated based on mileage of the shipping zone.
Local Delivery Method:
Our local customers have the privilege of swift processing and delivery of PDS products due to living within the Shipping Zone. PDS is responsible for hand delivering packages to the designated address.
