  • I am allergic to X, Y, Z. Can I still purchase oils, or herbal products?
    If the client has any allergies, reach out through email, or contact through PDS site prior to making any purchases. PDS recommends making a Custom Oil or herbal blend for the client to avoid allergens. Note: PDS does not guarantee that the package may be allergen free because of the work environment.
  • Can I order a Custom Oil?
    Don’t see a product you’re looking for? Clients may request a custom oil through our chat feature OR email @ practicallydivinesage@gmail.com to make a request. Clients will be asked to note the intention of the product; meaning what you need the oil for. And/ or list allergens to avoid. Custom orders are recommended for those with potential allergies to herbs & oils. An invoice will be sent upon completion of the item prior to shipping.
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?
    PDS accepts cancellations within 48 hours of product purchase. Due to the nature of the products, PDS does not accept returns or exchanges. After 48 hours from purchase, sales are considered FINAL. Please check Return Policy, and if you have further questions reach out through email, or contact through PDS website.
  • Package delivered with items missing or damaged.
    Ah! Please contact PDS through email or contact through PDS Site. Client must include Order number, photo(s) of the delivered items and PDS will correspond with the client to resolve the issue.
  • My package was Returned to Sender.
    If a package happens to be sent back, PDS will message you to verify the mailing address and make a second attempt. If the package returns a third time, the client will be asked to cover the cost of shipping. If the client refuses to cover the cost of shipping then the client will forfeit the package as returned packages and not receive a refund of purchase. Note: Check Return Policy.
  • HELP, I submitted the wrong address. Can I change my address?
    Yes! Reach out through email, or contact through the website within 72 hours of purchase. PDS will verify the mailing address with the Client. After the 72 hours PDS cannot process the change to your address and will fulfill the order with the address supplied. Note: If PDS is unable to assist, you may reach out to your local USPS and ask about a change of address form prior to the package being shipped. USPS may be able to intercept the client’s package to get it to the client’s accurate location.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Product orders may take up to 14 Business Days to process before the package is shipped out. Once shipped, it can take USPS up to 7 Business days to deliver. When a package is dropped for shipping, client should receive an email from PDS with a package tracking number! ----- Alternatively, Local Shipping delivery timeframe is typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to proximity of delivery address and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. For Locals PDS product orders are hand delivered to the designated address. MUST be within the Shipping Zone. ----- International Shipping: PDS is not responsible for delays through customs. All packages are sent out with tracking information and once it enters the postal service PDS no longer has control. If you are experiencing delays please contact your country's postal services for information regarding your package. Note: Weekends and Holidays do not count as Business Days
  • Do you ship to my country/ internationally?
    PracticallyDivineSage now accepts orders form outside the United States. Our fixed rate for shipping to other countries is $20. PDS is not liable for delays at customs, nor responsible for the package once it is in the hands of the postal service. Tracking is provided for all packages.
  • What is Local Shipping?
    PDS local shipping is a privilege offered to customers that live within a 25 mile radius of the Monroe (NC) area. PDS will hand deliver the package themselves rather than go through USPS for local customer convenience. PDS takes pride in providing a stress free experience regarding processing and shipping of local products.
